Lategame: 6-7 servers

Maps on servers 6-7 are referred to as late-game. Here, you fight monsters of the third, fourth, and even fifth levels. Reaching these servers makes you an experienced alloder.

Tips from the Experienced

  1. Some spells, like melee weapons, have no effect on flying creatures. These include both the fire wall and the stone wall.
  2. A swarm of bats can kill a hero in a matter of seconds. Use a fireball to cover the entire swarm with a single spell.
  3. The impact from a fireball destroys a significant portion of a poisonous cloud; if you’re suffocating from the fog, you can blast it with fire…
  4. Maximum magic resistance depends on the “spirit” attribute. Every 2 points of spirit give +1 resistance to all elements. Each class has its own resistance cap for different elements, see the table.
  5. Darkness cast by some monsters, combined with a wall of fire or a poisonous fog, creates the most dangerous effect before teleportation appears — it reduces movement speed to almost zero. Your character starts to drag, while the enemies do not. This, by the way, works in reverse as well. Use “Glow” scrolls to illuminate the area.
  6. Regarding endgame spells, I’ll only say this — a spirit raised by rebirth will have 50% of the health of the killed monster. Every time someone reads this, lonely standing level 5 trolls and ogres hiccup in the chat logs. What could that mean?
  7. It’s important to remember the key characteristics of different types of weapons. For example, the warrior’s spear has the fastest animation, allowing for much faster spell scroll reading.
  8. Use regeneration potions. After drinking the potion, your character regenerates health faster for a minute. If you press the L key during this time, health regenerates even faster.
  9. Many high-level monsters can “petrify” — cast a stone curse spell that immobilizes your hero and prevents attacking; you can only drink potions. Use scrolls of protection against earth magic to avoid this curse.

Server 6

Potions from the Tavern

On server 6, attributes are increased with special potions obtained through tavern quests. These potions are typically very difficult to acquire or can be bought from other players, but they come at a hefty price.

Quest reward with a potion

When completing a quest in the tavern, it’s important to understand how the reward is calculated. It depends on the amount of experience you have. Depending on the difficulty of the quest, the “cost” of the reward will be calculated as a percentage of your experience —the more difficult the quest, the higher the percentage. This means that to receive an attribute-increasing potion as a reward, you must reach a certain experience threshold. This threshold is 18 million experience points. Once you’ve reached the required amount, you can start taking quests for level 4 dragons or other particularly dangerous monsters. The reward will always be a random attribute-increasing potion.

It’s important to understand that the corresponding potion will stop appearing in the tavern once you max out the associated attribute. Therefore, if you plan to seriously engage in bootlegging, you should leave 1 free point in each attribute, so you can continue filling your bottomless backpack with coveted bottles of colorful and potent substances of all kinds.

Item Upgrades

To upgrade item stats from tavern quests, your character must have all skills at ~90. Then you will be able to improve the top stat (the one listed first) of the item, as long as it is not already at its maximum.

Server 7

On the 7th server, an epidemic wiped out the entire population of the starting towns. Now, only ghosts reside there. Rumor has it that local adventurers have taken to disturbing these ghosts to slightly improve their skills and earn their first money after rebirth. To attack the spirits (they are neutral by default), the character needs to be given a command using the a key.

Healing Potions

Starting from server 7, you can use healing potions for 150 gold. They restore only 1 health point each. But don’t be quick to dismiss them. The key is to drink these potions rapidly: buy several hundred, assign them to a hotkey, and hold it down when you take a lot of damage — you’ll quickly restore your health by drinking several dozen potions at once.

Fantastic Monsters and Where to Find Them

Many monsters have resistance to certain types of weapons and/or magic. For example, zombies are nearly immune to water and have resistance to axes. Shamans have resistance to all types of weapons up to 90%, but they are not resistant to magic (which is why warriors literally punch them with their fists). Skeletons are resistant to bludgeons and fire. Dragons are resistant to earth and water, as well as to all weapons except bows. Usually, level 5 creatures have slightly higher resistances than corresponding level 4 creatures.

Bosses on 6 and 7 servers

On the 6th and 7th servers, more dangerous bosses reside. Defeating them solo is only possible after serious leveling up; even with friends, it will be a fairly challenging fight.

On the 6th server, the boss fight in terms of difficulty is similar to the fight on the 5th server (see tips in the previous chapter of the guide); however, it also requires physical resilience. For solo players, it is highly recommended to hire a sturdy mercenary from the tavern.

On the 7th server, boss fights vary greatly on each map and require different tactics.

Attention! If you’re on the 7th or higher server and you’re picking up the treasure bag (or any bag) while holding down the keyboard key that’s bound to use healing potions, you might ‘burn’ the treasure. To avoid glitches, pick up important bags only with the inventory open and without using any items.

What’s Next?

At this stage, you might consider trying your hand at endgame content by clearing quest maps or experimenting with new modes — starting an epic adventure by changing your class or trying Hardcore mode (1 life). There are many nuances in these modes. For more details, see the guide Rebirth, Reclass, Ascension.
